For our Health and Fitness programme of work this term, the children took part in our own circuit training. This involved a series of aerobic exercises, moving from task to task for a limited time, and recording their performance. Can they beat this next time? This involved using number skills to keep count, and communication skills.

A visiting group from Techniquest tested the children's problem solving abilities by pretending they were cooks slicing up pizzas, and the children needed to use fractions to work out the portions and money to calculate the prices.
