A good time was had by all! The children were very impressed with the costumes and the guides at Llancaiach Fawr, who explained everything in 'Olde English'.
They learnt all about the lives of the Pritchard family and their staff, who lived in the manor house during the early Stuart period (16th century).
As you can see, we were very lucky with the weather, enabling the children to sit on the lawns and draw the manor house afterwards.
